Passing the Torch - June 27-29 - Prepaid: $50, At-The-Door: $60 Cancelled

Other FAQs:
Fees:
Annual Insurance dues: $15 - Required by all members to participate at NERO NB
Annual Membership dues: $15 - This is paid to National over here on this National link
Season Pass: $250 - Includes all 5 events, Insurance and Membership dues. No longer available.
Day Pass: $30 - This method is required for a single logistical day pass (6pm-6pm). Remember your receipt acts as your voucher, be sure to print it off and bring it with you, this is because once primary logistics is closed so no money etc is kept on site and this receipt is required to play.

Legal Stuff:
Medical & Emergency Information Form - Required once per season
Activity Waiver & Legal Release Form - Required each event

And a reminder about the Site Specific Rules:
  • Entrance to the site cannot be obtained through the Wetmore’s Nursery Entrance, but rather access is obtained through MicMiniman Court (signs will be posted). Careful driving is recommended.

  • Vehicle travel on paths through the game site will be restricted depending on weather/terrain.

  • Parking is only permitted in designated parking areas. The parking area is not monitored and at your own risk, however car alarms are not permitted to be active to minimize our impact to the neighborhood (many players are unreachable even onsite if their alarm goes off; meaning the alarm can go on for long periods of time).

  • The ponds are not available for swimming/bathing

  • Designated Tenting and Smoking areas – these are for safety, business and city by-law reasons.
---- Tenting will be in designated areas only; please come prepared with sealed food and do not leave garbage lying around, aka “don’t feed the foxes, skunks and racoons” ;)

  • There is currently no running water, nor washroom facilities on site – but we will have porta potties & hand sanitizer/tp for use, but plan ahead if you need.

  • Water will be brought in for drinking as well as other minimal needs.

  • Leaving Site Rule; After any theft or pvp you must remain ingame for at least one hour (NPCs follow this same rule). When leaving site you must advise plot/monster camp of where your character is during the time you have left. Exception to this is overnight – a simple advisement of your character’s sleeping arrangements at the beginning of the event is sufficient.

  • Typical Hours of Operation for monster camp are from 11am until 2am, some rare exceptions happen when modules or battles run long or we have sufficient NPCs to allow shifting restful downtime to the volunteers

  • Packet Rule - All packets must be Brown or Dark Green (Orange remains for Alchemy and Yellow for Archery). Please pickup all packets after fight and modules

  • Circle Rule - all circles greater than 1hr must have their rep displayed, and it must light up for night time use (Solar LEDs can be used). These will not be provided by the chapter

  • Formal Casting - Please let plot/logistics know when you intend to cast as early as possible, otherwise you may have to wait until a marshal is available.

  • NPCs are required to pay the Annual Insurance dues, however the National Membership is only required if you wish to spend any gobbies earned or access the National website and features.
